The worst hotel receptionist i have ever face. They let me to standing for 15 minutes and grup of lady only watcing youtube at back office. If i can give minus 10 they deserve to get that. No one take care refeptionist and they not even appology for their mistake.

Worst hotel experience !! Staff too slow for check-in Dirty rooms with humidity in walls makes it hard to breath !!! Broken sink and bath ! Once you shower all the dirt comes out, makes you wanna throw up! We asked to change the room, only to get worst with cockroaches !!! The buffet for Iftar and Sehour is limited but acceptable (they put their staff at the grill to make sure you don’t get more than 2 skewers. The staff is rude. I do NOT recommend at all !

This was my first time visiting this hotel. I was very surprised with their hospitality. The staffs are very kind, helpful and informative. I have tried other 5 stars hotel in batu, the staffs of this hotel is above average. About the facilities, they also have a complete facilities for weekend gateways with our family of friends. The room size is big and clean. Very recommended hotel in Batu - Malang.
