Hotel was good but the air conditioner was having problems and technician came 2 times to fix that...washing machine was also broken and was an average experience as it was not that fancy but u should keep air conditioner in mind as most of time at least one room can have broken one

We checked in 206 room. The leaving room was highly stinking throughout the day. We asked for the room change but they denied. There was no hot water in the bathroom. Please take bathroom towel and slippers with you if planning to stay here. No bathroom mat. The cost wise no service. The wifi took long time to connect.

We waited for more than an hour just to get inside our booked room. Aircon wasn't functioning well. We might consider the number of staffs that they have for causing the delay but we hope this won't happen again. Rooms are wide enough to accommodate our group.
