The staff who works at reception are very kind and respectful The room curtains don't block sunlight well, I could not full in sleep during the day.

Nice place to stay with big swimming pool and good gym . Rooms are good with good kitchen to cook your own . Have nice buffet breakfast .

Welcome to Al Andalus Mall Hotel Jeddah. I visited this hotel in the first week of Sep 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 06 PM which for ladies is from 12 PM to 2 PM. The GYM, SPA & Swimming Pool is located on the 2nd floor. The kid's area was under maintenance and the Tennis court was under renovation work. The hotel serves Shisha near the Pool area after 6 PM. the Hotel has the entrance to Al Andalus Mall from the 2nd floor as it is located beside it.
