Worst possible experience we have ever had!!! We booked diving and wakeboarding and it was a complete disaster. The first day was diving, we were taken out on a fishing boat with no facilities, there was no safety brief or equipment check from the guides side. He forgot to check his own equipment and didn’t add weight so had no control of buoyancy. We saw nothing on the dive, no coral, no fish, no wreck!! All the things we were told we would see. Then he admitted that he had never been to the site before…. Complete nonsense. After this experience we tried to cancel the next day and was told no refund, when we told them the service is unsafe and unacceptable they offered a partial refund that we still have not received. DO NOT USE THIS AMATEUR SERVICE!!

For one of the most expensive marinas in Bahrain, it's a dump! If you don't have a pass to park in the marina, you park in a nasty dirt lot that's more like a junk yard. And have something to carry to a boat and need a cart or service? Too bad! Carry it. Even if they do have a cart waiting, they are in pretty bad shape. Need to use facilities? Well prepare yourself for a public restroom experience. It's all a very disparaging experience considering the amount of money being spent to go there.

Good wet & dry mooring facility. Walking distance to Restaurants. Old & dirty bathrooms which is unhealthy

I think the Amwaj marina shall rethink the concept ,they rent their places to restaurants and cafes which are open for public . They then hire body guards to prevent people from taking photos that will keep the good memories . The body guard asked so rudely to delete the photos from our mobiles as if the area is private . Saying that the boat owners does not want their boats to be in pictures ! How come while google maps has all the pictures of everywhere in the marina.
