クラウンプラザRDCホテル内にあるワイルドファイアブラジリアンステーキハウスは、単なるレストランではありません。それはあらゆる意味で体験であり、リヤドが提供しなければならないシュラスコスタイルの料理の最高の味をゲストに提供する体験です。
Wildfireの装飾は他のレストランとは一線を画し、黒とベージュの壁と天井のエレガントな黒のランプシェードが磨き上げられたダークウッドの床と完璧に調和し、本物の洗練さと高級感を生み出しています。テーブルはレストラン全体に均等に配置され、最後に向かって、ガラスのコーナーウィンドウからシェフがおいしい肉を焼くキッチンの景色を眺めることができます。
Wildfireは、中庭やホテルの他の印象的なセクションの素晴らしい景色を望む屋外席も提供しています。
Wildfireは、販売するさまざまなアイテムを一覧表示する通常のメニューの代わりに、14種類以上の肉の切り身、鶏肉、新鮮なサラダ、シーフードをすべて1つの価格で提供する単一の食べ放題体験を提供します。体験の開始時に、ゲストはサラダバーからお好みのサラダを選択するためのプレートを与えられます。バーには、さまざまなサラダ、チーズ、ソース、スパイスが含まれています。体験を通して、Wildfireはその特徴的なタッチを提示します。ブラジルの肉の彫刻家のセットがテーブルに現れ、バーベキューをした串から直接プレートに焼けるように暑い肉の切り身をスライスする、ロディツィオスタイルのサービング。これらの肉の彫刻家は、ゲストが最初に与えられた小さなカードを「緑」から「赤」に変えるまで、テーブルに協調して現れ続けます。
デザートや飲み物も販売されていますが、体験は含まれていませんが、シナモンと砂糖でコーティングされたパイナップルのスライスが提供されます。食事の味に対抗し、息をリフレッシュすると言われているユニークなレシピ。

Me and my family enjoyed our experience very much. They have a salad bar, side dishes, and a variety of desserts! We had 13 cuts of meat which were absolutely delicious and tender, and by then end of it we were all stuffed! Would recommend, especially if you haven't eaten all day! 😂
Thank you to John, Rolex, Kenny and Claudinie for helping us and they are very accommodating. Thanks for having a special surprise birthday song for my daughter.❤️

Parking is easy n place is reachable.
Just get on loft and reach M floor and dollow the Brazilian sign. U will see the Wildlife location.

Brazil in Saudi Arabia! I felt like home. The atmosphere is amazing. The meet tastes exactly like in Brazil. Perfect! Amazing, polite and happy staff. Plus, they have live music. Mr. Jones is a great host and was checking all the time if I was satisfied, I felt really taken care. Definitely recommend the restaurant.

Wonderful ambience, was well looked after and the meats kept coming. Ribs & picante were absolutely marvellous. Thank you so much John. First time i heard anyone say thank you for teaching something new. Very polite and welcoming of you :)

Outstanding experience amazing food, you can enjoy different types of meat including beef mutton lamb chicken shirmps, a salad bar , soup of the day all in 289SAR including vat excluding drinks loved the food and ambiance
Mr Jan was very very good, it was my birthday they sang a song and gave a complimentary dessert too.
Highly recommended for your special day.
