Worst, I would have given it lower than one star if possible. Their service was okay, the food was terrible, and none of the dishes I ordered had a taste known to them. My son loves to eat french fries but hasn't eaten the second fry, those were soaked in oil. BBQ was smelly, mutton handi wasn't eatable, and It would be an insult to biryani if I said the rice and chicken they presented.

The food is too bad and expensive, there is a lot of flys and they just give you frew bread to eat and few sides, also is not express service as de name said, they took very long time to bring the food

Unfortunately, extremely bad customer service. A lot of work needed over there. The reception lacks bare minimum of costumer service (even when ordering by phone). Always sound rude and unwelcoming. And by the way, what are the bunch of flies ? doing near the kitchen?
Ironically, reading similar comments about how rude and unwelcoming the reception is, but management sounds deaf/dead.

I went there with family for dinner.
Mix grill was poorly cooked, which made the food hard and we bearly tasted the grill and left it as is.
Chicken karrahi was just OK.
Overrated restaurant and over priced items.
