I had a iftar buffet today. But my experience was not good at all. Food was not tasty at all. There were nothing special in menu. They show laham mandi in many videos and photos it was not in menu. All items are ordinary. I will not suggest to my friends.

Very now nice hotel and excellent location and nice staff ..
Special thanks to Ms Reema from reception for excellent service and for room upgrade after having issue in my room. I will never hesitate to come again as I felt I am very welcome.
My only complaint is about room service I think it’s not available during Ramadan!!! I almost tried to call the restaurant more than 10 times but no success!!
So please if you don’t provide room service just don’t offer it as it’s misleading!!

The location is good, but no indication to follow on the road. The front area should be more look after.
The rooms are open space, well equipped.
The health area is acceptable.
The restaurant has good food.
The parking withasy access.
You have a direct connection to the Mall

We have stayed at this hotel so many times but this time was extremely disappointed with the management of this hotel. We drove all the way from Yanbu to Jeddah, which is more than 3 hours away only to find that the hotel was closed due to the floods. We tried calling the hotel many times but no one answered. They could have at least contacted all their visitors to inform them the hotel was closed. When I called the manager, Mr Fahad, he refused to take responsibility. I will never stay at this hotel again.
