Great experience as always. There lunch deal is amazing...free trip to the soup and salad bar with any main course. I absolutely love their salad bar. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Staff is courteous and efficient.

Great salad options with lunch offer. I think the size of sandwich are becoming smaller with a little bit higher prices. Very friendly staff And good safety precautions

This branch in Riyadh has a special place in my heart. the family enjoys visiting it and the staff is very helpful. It was Eid when we visited the restaurant for Dinner, and it was getting late. the place was crowded and had lots of kids wondering around and making noise. I asked the area supervisor to help place us in a more private area so that we could enjoy our company and the food. in less than a minute our request was honored and we moved. the food is great. we like their stakes and Mexican Fajitas .. Our guests enjoyed the place.. the workers know business like they should and recognize their frequent customers. it is always a delight to visit this branch

This time the level of service was not up to the mark of Steak house usual level. It was crowded and we found a table on the first floor. Usually we sit on ground floor and the staff at ground floor is very welcoming and courteous. We had delays in service, salad bar wasn't fully available... the serving waitress had no idea when the missing items will be refilled. One soup was missing and it was served even after we started eating the main course. There were no sauces given with the black rock steak and when asked about it, the server simply told at first that we don't serve sauces with black Rock steak. Later said that because of the 99 SR Tuesday offer, we don't serve the sauces with steak. Had he told this at the time of ordering, we would never have selected the offer. Because the Tuesday offer comes with two main dishes but if you need two soup/salads they will charge one with meal and one with a separate full price plus the steak will come without any sauce!!! Why would someone select this kind of strange offer. The waiters should be clear about their offer details with the customers. Anyways, I'll try not to sit on first floor again because the staff at first floor seems to be from a different planet altogether. There is huge difference in the level of service between ground floor and first floor. My table number can be found on the image attached. And I visited around 5:30pm on Tuesday 1st of June 2021.
