I ordered with my friends 3 meals, and I faced the following issues:
1-We asked the cashier for a double shake burger, and he said it was SAR 38, we asked what if we wanted it in a meal, and he said SAR 45, so we ordered and paid for 3 meals, but after we left, we checked the invoice and it was 45+10 for double= 55, so that was very inconvenient and not honest explanation. So, the service was not professional, and this is enough for me not to come back or recommend it to anyone.
2- when the order provided, I checked if they made it like we asked (like Diet Pepsi - no salt in fries), and there were many mistakes. So the service is not trustworthy.
3- No napkins were on the center table; we had to ask for them. This indicates negligence.

Preparation time suspiciously long. Cashier man is confusing; asks the same question more than once, yet still manages not to get the one order i had correct. Fries was good.. but whatevs
