What can I say? By far the best hotel in which I've stayed in Riyadh. It has something dream-like to it. Colorful characters parade in front of you, willingly bringing food, drinks, giving advice on how to get to somewhere nearby, smiling at you and opening the doors for you. Some of them remind you of people from the past: a friend from long ago, a teacher, a sweetheart, a colleague, and, of course, a city [Paris]. There's a mystery: what could be hidden between the Vendome and Versailles in Mansard? Probably we can guess the answer, but if you consciously try to unveil that truth by walking beyond the limits of this dream-like world, the dream will be gone. I'd rather never know the answer :)

Jahangir the bellboy he’s always smiling face and he explain about room and all facelifts.he is very wonderful and very helpful guy and he escorts to me from reception to till room he assist until room.he also show me all room facilities.Thank you jahangir and he asset for this property I wish him best luck.

Terrible experience so far with the “new” policy where I cannot have the delivery person nor the concierge to bring up my orders to the room and have to get it from downstairs myself! A 5 stars hotel experience indeed 👎

Luxurious hotel , with great restaurants and room service . The location is great . And Ms. Hala is such an amazing person to deal with the guests . One of the little places that their employees are so professional, they go above and beyond to make the stay a remarkable experience 💙💙💙💙
