A nice burger joint. Decor is aggressive but elegant. They have indoor and outdoor seating areas. Chairs are very comfy. They really need to rethink the music playlist.
We loved the loaded fries and the quinoa salad. Yet, the burger itself was a rather disappointing. The burger patty is excellent, good quality meat, nice doneness and great taste. The bun also was very good. The sauce is what has substantially overpowered the meat taste and ruined the burger.
We visited on Feb24. With the road constructions, it took us a long time to reach the plaza.
I would return once the construction is finished for a good quality simple burger.

A good gastronomic experience in Riyadh. REGAL BIRGER REPUBLIC , Restaurant without major or excessive pretensions, sober and very clean, designed in a very industrial concept with black concrete floors and walls. The food was very good, the starter was incredible wagyu beef tacos, to improve: reduce the fat a little and make sure the lemons really have juice to squeeze into them. The portion of potatoes is generous and very well made, there are no extremely fried potatoes, I would say that they are on point. And for the end the best: a Regal burger (they have 8 burger options) not very big, but with the accompaniments the lunch is more than enough, it is a very well cooked burger; allowing the cheese to melt properly and mix very well with all the flavors in each bite. I give the burger an 8/10 in cohesion, I lower the score for size, personally I would pay a little more if the size was larger, however it was a sufficient menu and I left satisfied

We went for a launch on Saturday, and it was almost empty which we liked.
Wagyu Tacos: 8/10
Shrimp: 10/10
Burger: 7/10
Regal fries: 8/10
Corn: 8/10
Price vs taste: 7/10
Would I visit again? Yes
Would I come on a busy day? No, not worth it.

The place is really clean and elegant.
Jin was our order manager with a big smile on his face the whole time, fast service and great personality.
I recommend trying their beef tacos. Hands down on of the best I tried in Riyadh.
I gave it 4 stars for them not playing background music which made our experience a bit awkward due to the silent nature of the place.
