Unfortunately, this one doesn’t met the same quality of Paul’s Restaurants like in jeddah and Riyadh, however the food quality and the sweets are acceptable, but the coffee is low in quality, hopefully they will fix it and improve over time since its their first opening in medina

My first visit at Paul’s Medina branch and it was made exceptional thanks to Robert and the rest of the team. There was quite the queue, but the wait time was surprisingly short. The service was exquisite as expected from Paul’s staff. I’ll definitely be back!

The restaurant is amazing and fancy, we ordered a couple of desserts and hot drinks. Our server was Robert D. Did a great job taking our orders and have good hospitality and personality.
I'll visit again for sure ✨️👍🏻💛💛💛 10/10.
