Once my favorite restaurant now has the most pathetic customer service it took them 45 minutes to bring appetizer and salad. Their waiter did not know anything from the menu. Sad to see amazing food being served so purely . Extremely disappointed never going back !

We check on Google a place to it sushi we arrived so exited is open until 4 as per Google but they refused to sit us and say only take away I mean is open all but the guys did not want served us inside so bad

I just walked out of the restaurant first time at massami sushi i enter the restaurant with dirty tables and floor very disappointed!!

A dine-in restaurant without toilet is really really bad idea. There should be a standard . Unbelievable. Btw, once in a while I order from here because those sushi is acceptable and reasonable price. but this time I came to eat at it and was shocked by the fact that a two story restaurant has no toilet for the their clients.!
