We visited the store in dammam shatea, and the unpleasant cashier that we found out it is a manager act like not a manager . He dont know how to serve nor taking order. His face look surprising if we can pay or not. The timing and service time is poor. I strongly not recommend the brand ?

Most of the food was good. I recommend the shrimp volcano or the chicken one. However the food came in very late we waited for too long but the server was nice. Some of the staff were playing something from their phone and it was very loud. The drinks were good too, I had a mojito.

One of the worst experiences and customer service. The food took over 45 minutes and the quality was poor.
Absolutely do not recommend.
