Good meal bad service aswell as horrible restaurant policy...You have to pay for refills and the water is too pricy! 9 SAR for a 0.33 liter water bottle...!! Frustrating experience, barely enjoyed the food.

The restaurant is a must go location when visiting Jeddah for me ?? if you are a Turkish food lover you must try this place ??every single dish we tried there is Amazing and the deserts are something else ???? the staff is very very polite, professional and hospitable ❤️❤️❤️ and my 1.5 years old daughter looooves there complimentary cookies ???❤️❤️

Worst experience ever!!! we waited for more than 20 minutes to order then he says breakfast is closed which if they got our order at the first place we were gonna catch it
Invest in your team and teach them how to serve professionally!

This was a surprisingly favorite visit to a restaurant in a mall. I loved the interior design of the place, it was fancy yet traditional in the small details and the lighting was amazing. From the great service, to the great hospitality and cleanliness in the small yet packed place it was all impressive.
The food was great, it didn’t take that long and the variety of their menu options was a good thing if you are not the type to enjoy one type of food only. I even loved the way they served tea in a really decorative way that made it an enjoyable experience.
Thank you for the good time and great food ❤️Totally recommend
