This branch of L’eto is different from other branches. Service quality below that average restaurants. Other branches however reflect the image of premium restaurant. Waiters should get training for service and hospitality. Not friendly attitude.

Second time here! The dessert collection is not much but pretty nice in my palate ? not super sweet, just right to satisfy that craving ?
Food is good, especially the salad! And presentation is nice, the ambience as well ? Definitely coming back! ?

Nice ambiance inside, great interiors, good service. They don’t have much outdoor seats which would be less attractive and overpriced. But they have good quality coffee?? love their latte. I am amazed by the fact that they will serve you the iced latte in a form of ice cubes then you have to pour the hot milk and stir it. Had a great experience overall?

I frequently visit this branch, and I’m always happy with the service. However, last visit the service was a disaster, waiters are busy on their phones since the moment we walked in the waiter who was supposed to be by the door to seat people actually made us wait until he was finished watching a video on his phone before seating us, after we were seated one of the waiters came to take the order and he kept repeating trying to remember our order until another waiter came and told him to write the order, immediately after the food was served the waiter came and asked if he should bring the desert now(even though we didn’t order desert) it seemed like he didn’t wish to be interrupted while he was on his phone, when we wanted the check two of the waiters were busy on calls in their phones, one more point there was only two tables busy at the time, very poor service, wouldn’t recommend visiting this branch.

The taste of their cakes and drinks are above expectations. We definitely enjoy dining at this cafe. However, we have noticed unfortunately that the sizing of their cake slices have become smaller and the prices remain the same. Especially the Honey Cake! regarding take away service, I had to wait for the same waiter who was serving customers dining in to take my order. This could of been a simpler process if a cashier was there to take orders.
