Meeting rooms are not well maintained. No attention to the details. Place mats are old and worn out. Lights are different colors. Parking is a nightmare. You are not allowed to use the underground parking and you have to find a place to park outside.
Meeting rooms changed at last minute causing confusion with people going to the wrong place and delaying the start of the meeting.
It's very difficult to like this place.

The rooms are in need of updating. They are spacious and well serviced, but this hotel is becoming worse for wear and in need of a makeover. It is located right next to the corniche in a great location, but not much is within walking distance. The restaurant is phenomenal and the service in there is top notch. The food is great during every meal and the staff were available for any request we had. Also and excellent view of the water and the palms over the corniche. A very pleasurable experience.

We had a business dinner at Le Voyager restaurant. Heaven was very friendly and accommodating. Took care of all the setup for our guests. Highly recommend the place.

I attended the hotel for a business meeting and in my stay I tried their restaurant and the hospitality, their design, and their food was absolutely incredible. One of my best experiences I’ve ever been in the hotel. Special thanks to Heaven for her service. Although you have to walk from one place to another but you’ll be surprised how elegant the lobby of the hotel is. I look forward to attend events that being conducted in the hotel. I hope they can be able to provide more parking spaces but other than that, I can assure you that this hotel is worth every penny.

My first stay at this hotel was amazing until i came back so tired to my room to be shocked about the poor bathroom hygiene ( there was a hair , dirt and dust in the bathtub & the shower). Also i just asked the night shift receptionist for 1 cold bottle of water and its been 3 hours now ! apparently im gonna sleep thirsty.
You have a great Hotel guys done fail in the basic stuff.
