The food was good.
However, even though we were practically the only customers except for maybe a table or two of transient diners who just had a few orders and left right away, they did not get our orders right. Our order of Tiger Prawns was never served and so when all our companions were half-way done with their food we asked the manager about our order to check if they forgot about it. We said that our friends are almost done and we still haven’t received our order. It was obvious that they did not work on our order in the kitchen, and the manager arrogantly said, “it’s your call, do you want the prawns or not?” To make matters worse, while we were conversing with the manager about our concern, he took hold of his phone, answered a call and rudely left us without even excusing himself. The manager later on explained that they were not able to encode our order. But what did not align with his excuse was that when our bill came, our order of Tiger Prawns (the one that was never served) was reflected in the bill. Also, we noticed that basic details such as ensuring that guests have their utensils and all orders come complete were not addressed properly. Case in point, our group ordered 3 orders of Sea Bass. Two of the orders came with mashed potatoes but they charged us for the mashed potato that accompanied the 3rd Sea Bass order. Why the inconsistency and confusion? This restaurant needs so much improvement. I think they need an expert consultant on proper customer service and basic restaurant management.
