I had a lovely time - breakfast was especially great because of the service. Ayazla was very attentive and helpful. I asked for stronger coffee and despite the restaurant being busy, he went out of his way to make fresh coffee for me.
Also, Munna was a great manager - very kind and attentive as well. Overall they created a wonderful experience and stay for us. I highly recommend staying here because of how nice the staff is.

Hotel has great location as its just next to Haram with easy access. Rooms were clean and spacious. We took the Kaaba view room which was excellent. It's partial view but can be seen clearly and seems very blissful.
Bathrooms are small as compared to the size of the room. The layout was also quite old style but it was clean.
Access to taxi can be done through their lowest floor which is a great help.
