Huge outdoor restaurant.
While it is considered high- end ,Quality of food and service should be much better

A friend recommended this place saying this one of the oldest traditional place in Jeddah. Atmosphere is nice though the place is very basic and definitely over prices for what he is offering

This place came highly recommended so I had high hopes. Good but not great. Definitely not worth the high price. The humus beiruti is delicious, but the grape leaves were ice cold and the olive oil in it was coagulated because it came straight out of the fridge. You’re paying for the atmosphere and the fact that they can accommodate large groups comfortably. Servers seemed a bit all over the place and made an error with my receipt that they insisted I pay for regardless.

Nakheel has been always a sure favourite for good food coupled with good ambience since over the past 30 years. Especially if you want to take guests or 1st timers visiting jeddah.
What is really nice is when you enter and how it really takes you back in time.
Everything ordered on the menu was really good. Service was quick as there was no crowd on a weekday evening.
Prices are definitely high end, for example a plate of 5 pieces of falafel is 27 riyals.
One thing disappointing was that we were told by the cashier that outdoor seating requires ordering sheesha. Which we didnt want.
However when we asked for our sheesha the waiter said it was not a requirement saying that the cashier was not truthful.
Furthermore when paying in cash make sure you ask for your change otherwise the waiter will assume its his tip.
