When in Makkah Near Haram you need a place to stay the closest to Masjid Al Haram.
To gain Max Benefits of Ibadah.
The Main reason this Hotel Excels is it is just inside the Haram.
Near WC -3 and Almost In Front of Bab-Abdul Aziz.

The buffet is not worth it. The protein throughout 20 days stay here for breakfast is eggs (boiled or Omellette). Some days the other protein is nugget or beef patty - thats not even real protein. We contacted housekeeping multiple times throughout hajj stay, promised to come at certain time but nah, never turn up. Went to reception, but hard to speak English and everything will get the similar response: ask your group leader.

Location was good but hotel rooms did not meet expectations, very run down. Hotel reception dingy and couches dirty. Reception staff not helpful. Toilet leaking and had to wait until next day for repair, would not move us to another room.

Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast Buffett is not great, but it’s not bad either. The hotel is a little older from the inside but clean and spacious.

Pros:
- Very very close to the Haram
Cons:
-Didn't seem like a 5 star hotel, bed frame wasn't stable so the bed shakes whenever you move.
-Breakfast was ok
I would stay again if the price was right
