I’ve stayed in this hotel almost a month and I’d like to say it’s good hotel by all means. The rooms is quite big and equipped with everything you need, been cleaned every day very carefully. There are a lot of facilities to visit such as outdoor swimming pool, spa and salon, gym. Food in the restaurant are delicious (including breakfast buffet). Want to thank Yaqin and Rosian for good job and high quality service. All personnel are open, friendly and ready to help in any moment. Just one humble advice: increase variety of machines in the gym.

The good things ? are:
1- clean room.
2- Excellent central A/C.
3- Next to a mall.
4- fast room service.
Things I didn't like ?:
1- Street Noise can be heard inside the room.
2- Old furniture.
3- The room has a balcony that you can't use (the door is locked).
4- Room lighting doesn't have a master switch, each light has a separate switch.
5- Television is useless; limited channels and the signal is lost in most of them.
6- The view from the room window is awful (nothing but old houses).

Place is nearby to lulu Mall. Entrance to the mall is beside reception.
Good breakfast spread. Food is tasty, and service is awesome.
Pick up and drop facility is available against a charge.
Service is good and the rooms are clean with room service available round the clock.
Overall comfortable stay.
