Excellent service by all members of staff especially Zaman, the restaurant manager. He really took good care of the guests. 5 star experience in terms of rooms and space. The shuttle service to the Haram were always available around the clock and was very convenient to access 5 times prayers. Overall amazing place.

Nice room, clean, has iron & board. Good daily room service that changes towels & cleaning & offered to do beds. Location good has 24hrs bus shuttle service to the harram. The buses was always there & back v good. Takes about 10min ( this was in Sept 2023) can take longer during ramadan & hajj though.

Amazing stay at this 5 star hotel, worth every penny from the rooms, the atmosphere of the main lobby, to the friendly and swift service. Bus is regular, every 10 minutes and stops at the depot 5-10 min walk away from the masjid. Room cleaning was good, you can call up and get the room cleaned when you need. Breakfast was nice and variable with an egg and pancake corner, as well as a table to table drinks service. Staff speak good english. The view of the city from the rooms is breathtaking. Lunch and dinner buffet served (pay as you go) with much variety. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Very bad experience with great hotel belongings to famous name in hotels world
My request was classic room but they gave me quadruple room I requested change told me this from the application company that you deal with
When I went to breakfast told me your booking without breakfast although I showed them my voucher that stated clearly breakfast included
I escalated to manager on duty and told me this is from the agent, told him you should not involve the guest between you and your agent since I have voucher with breakfast!! If you have issues with them solve it without disrupting the guest experience however conflict not solve until I spent long time to talk with the agent instead of the hotel do it

Stayed in this hotel for about ten days.
The service was great and the food was amazing.
The rooms were clean as well.
The pancakes made by Mr. Yaseen always made my day.
Overall great experience
