A superb and upscale hotel. Everything was great from check-in to the bedroom. The breakfast was also amazing. The only drawback was that it was a but far from haram but they had a shuttle service every half hour before and after the prayer.

Really I would like to thanks Mr. Anas Mujahid because I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very good

Excellent hotel, highly recommended. Superb service from start to finish. Well trained, polite, friendly staff. Always ready to help.
Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. The restaurant manager Shrif was extremely helpful and professional.
Very reliable shuttle service to the Haram (only 10 minutes). The room was spacious and very well furnished. Stayed for 5 nights.
Would definitely book again without a doubt.

Excellent hotel with great service and well-trained staff. Mahmoud Radwan from the restaurant team showed excellent customer service skills and was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this place.

It was great experience to enjoy 5 star hotel at budget price. The rooms were very clean, staff was really polite and helpful. Hotel is bit far from the haram but does offer free shuttle service 24/7 so you can come and go anytime of the day. The only downside is that it can take upto half an hour to get to the haram (if include waiting and ride time) so you will need to be prepared well before the prayer time to avoid missing congregation. If you’re good at walking then you can get there on foot in about 15 - 20 minutes.
