I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The building is new and in excellent condition, which immediately gives a positive first impression. The rooms are great and equipped with modern amenities that cater to a comfortable stay. However, there are a few areas that need significant improvement. The shuttle service is poorly organized (they have large numbers of buses but traffic congestion causes issues), resulting in chaos with guests pushing each other to get on the bus. Additionally, the representative stationed outside the Haram was quite rude, which is disappointing and does not reflect the hospitality expected. If these issues are addressed, particularly the shuttle service organization and staff training, this hotel has the potential to offer an exceptional stay.

Nice hotel but service standards are not as of 5 star hotel. Infact in Saudi Arabia the overall hotel industry is lacking the service standards and not bothering for guests since they know that people have to come to holy places whatever the service standards. Saudi authorities are also not bothering to check and maintain the quality.

I would like to start with the cons to help people make a decision prior then the pros. If you book through an app, you will not be able to make changes and you may be referred to contact the app while you are tired and just want to crush after 24 hrs of flying. As much as friendly the stuff is, they cannot go against their management. They won't bend the rules. This is a new great hotel in terms of cleanliness amenities and thoughtfulness. If you are expecting herds of people to check in at a certain time, don't you think you should have more people at the front desk? How about cross training your stuff for busy times? This is a poorly managed hotel. I like it and I hope they can survive the low seasons. Now the highlight of this hotel! I know the industry standards won't qualify this restaurant as a 5 star, but the food is amazing. You would not find this quality outside this hotel in local restaurants. Very organized, the decor, the atmosphere, the freshness. the presentation, the design, we were blown! To top off, the hostess whom I thought she was the manager, she was going around tables taking a survey about our experiences??? Seriously am I dreaming? Our we in the Middle East? Very professional lady, intellectual with great cultural background. I could not find anything to complain about in this restaurant. Well managed! Kudos to the great Egyptian cooks who did not influence the menu in an Egyptian way and made it diverse to be palatable to the masses. If I come back again, know the food dragged me back :) Tried to upload photos but somehow won't post. Will try later!

Out visit was first day of Ramadan, We reached at our check in time and we had to wait more than 40 mins just to reach the Receptionist’s counter because of the crowds and the other guests which it was the wrong building. This was the only thing bad about our stay in the hotel. Also You need to know which building from the hotel you’re checking in as you will find there 7 buildings with different receptions. other than the check in experience everything was very comfy, clean, and the staff were helpful. The hotel was very nice stay.

Almost a Five-star hotel but it has extremely reasonable rates as compared to an original Five star. Amazing hotel building and room ambiance. Lavish bathroom and toilets. It's just one funny incident, the bell boy forgot my dates box at the main hotel entrance and brought all my luggage to the room and said that's all were there. I told him there was one more of my dates box. Firstly, he denied and then he left saying that he’ll go and check but never came back. 🤣 Then I went all the way from tower 5 to the main hotel lobby entrance to check, and my dates box worth SAR500 was still lying there. 😆 So I picked it up and brought it to the room myself. Best hotel guaranteed but service could be more improved by elucidating staff.
