The hotel or more specifically the group hotels ( as they had 8 linked huge towers) is state of art when it came to facilities, rooms, decorations..etc
But it really needs a serious change when it came to customer care and guest experience; starting from the always busy reception with limited staff ( i faced bad attitude from some of them) to cope with the expected traffic, the unclear roots between towers/floors/elevator, to the a silly but big issue with the room card as it requires to be programmed occasionally.
Special thanks for Mr. Sami ( reception supervisor, tower 2) for his kindness and understanding.

Overall the hotel was good. Staying experience was average to good. Room service was fine. The personnel need to be trained for the job. Stayed in tower 5. The staff didn’t seem to be that friendly. Didn’t really bothered to respond if we asked for something.
The huge disadvantage that i noticed that it has the worst Shuttle service. Too much crowded at Prayer hours. Was really hard to get in to the bus after each Prayer. Had also long waiting hours. Saw people standing inside. This could definitely ruin your whole stay there.
Due to this problem it’s hard to recommend them. They really need to address this issue ASAP to make it more comfortable for their guests

The hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. Room is spacious and well furnished. Breakfast and dinner are not bad, however;
Shuttle buses are not always and drivers are rude
Considering the bad buses experience, the location of the hotel will not be suitable as you can’t go to Haram on foot.
Service is not good as I asked for bottle of water 3 times within 24 hours to get it
Overall I wouldn’t recommend

Overall, I had a good experience with the service. Rooms were new and large. Bathrooms were decent. Customer service/housekeeping was gracious.
Breakfast buffet was average to below, but it was also Hajj season and lots of demand. They may be better throughout the rest of the year.
The only reason I would not stay here in the future is that it is about a 20 minute walk from the Haram. That was too far in my opinion and a deal breaker.
