I will start with the positive. The staff is superb, top notch. The food is good, but unfortunately the facilities are poor. Swimming pool with hot water in it, you can not swim. Jacuzzi now working, steam room, not working. Overall experience - this is not what should be qualified as 5 star hotel. It’s a shame, but no more.

Good place. Meeting room were clean and quite. But breakfast should be outside of the meeting room. Because the coffee machine was loud and disturbing. Other than that it’s perfect.

overrated, they have to pay more attention to the room cleanse .
i stayed in room number 208, room carpet was awful and see the pictures.
i set the air condition to auto but its not switching off after reaching the set temperature .
i can hear clearly the conversation from the connecting room .
front desk was really up to the standard and professional staff.
