I've never experienced such a poor customer service from any other hotel.
First of all, I didn't see anyone at the airport to pick me up although I paid for it.
They didn't even listen to me when I talked about this when I arrived the hotel.
If you call the reception, you're lucky if you get connected. Their attitude is so horrible that they don't value you at all.
I've been here for 5 days quarantine, and the food they serve is nothing compared to the cost we pay. For breakfast, just a 1 riyal worth bread and a banana. That's it. You can't even make coffee whenever you want. The powder and sugar are limited.
The wifi is just waste, Kettle is not working, and overall, you'll just hate the entire kingdom for choosing this hotel.
I want to report this to Etihad Airways for letting their passengers experience this hell like place. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone.
