The location is near anywhere you want to go in Damam. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Internet is fast. The staff for all the service departments ( reception, housekeeping and F&B ) are truly friendly, helpful, and professional.
I highly recommend this hotel

1- The houskeeping wasn’t as expected.
2- The coffee machine wasn’t provided with capsules.
2- The entrance’s surface of the basement parking is too high and hurts the sedan cara.
Other than mentioned, it was a good staying

The place is so clean and classy, the staff is friendly. The rooms are big. There's pots and pans, a washing machine, and there are even options for pillows! The location is so convenient and the owner seems to have put a lot of thought into the place because it's so modern and is ready with everything you might need to get your day started. Honestly the place exceeds expectation. 10/10, would come here again.

The hotel is very comfortable and luxurious i had so much fun with my family and the girls at the reception are very helpful and very welcoming i will be coming back again
