According to my friend who stayed for a week, the hotel looks good but room service is poor as he requested king bed but he was given two single beds. The cover bed is looking not clean. They promised the bed will be changed the following day but till he checked out nothing was changed.

I went with my friend her and found that this hotel has Small room with less facilities and high room prices, also it has broken bathroom fittings and in some of the room even the washroom door was not closing.

This is an average Hotel. A bit old and needs renovation. I visited during summer, the air conditioning was not good. The service was also average. I stayed for three nights and no one came to clean the room in the three days.

Maybe it will be a great hotel if the bathtub sinks the water, the sink floats the water. No heater, ac was too noisy and it wasn't cooking at all. I couldn't sleep the whole night. But however the receptionist was kind. Horrible experience I hope they work on the hotel and make it better.

Room was having AC water leak and pass me wrong information regarding timing. I have recorded the video.
Manager Abdul Azeez messed up made the case into worse further. We've forced to check out due to his professional response.
