The washroom had been wreaking of urine smell they couldn’t get rid of even when they came and cleaned on my request. I highly doubt the cleanliness!
First night I noticed a lot of male hair on pillow and sheets, so I had to ask them to change them completely with new ones.
The staff is nice but the hotel is not, the receptionists are clueless
No room fridge, the shower is not hot. At night you could hear loud music from the restaurant downstairs and also near by areas

A wonderful hotel. I stayed in it for two weeks. The best services are from a wonderful team led by Linda, with the exception of a fat woman working at the bar, very bad
