Rooms 4 beds .. wide, clean, tidy, good furnished, equipped, but phone &refrigerator was not working but I asked for change .. &it was only one night & I didn't use them ... buses are available from hotel to Haram& back for free .. overall 4/5

Though the rates are generally cheap, many of the staff members are extremely unhelpful for English speakers especially in the later hours.
