one of the best hotels i ever stayed in my life. The price is reasonable and the staff is very helpful. Shuttle service to Haram is available all the time. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel for all over the makkah

Amazing Experience of this hotels to stay, and main thing is it's in the near to the holy kaba, now we see the hotel facilities like rooms, service, staff behavior's everything to so nice and inside the rooms they will follow the maintenance and cleaning forever to see so guys if you are went to Makkah for umrah or hajj please select this hotel for stay and the cost and price wise its ok not cheap and not high so guys go here to stay

They have only one bus. I’m waiting for an hour and bus no show. Every time you left the room you have to recharge your card

The room is not good , the service is not good especially about room cleanliness and bus service from the hotel to haram so bad service. But there is 1 receptionist staff is good because give best service to the guest

Sama Al Diyafah is a four star hotel in Makkah. 3-km drive from the Great Mosque of Mecca and 7 km from the Makkah Royal Clock Tower. The cosy rooms provide free Wi-Fi, flat-screens and minifridges, as well as tea and coffeemakers. There is free bus service from the hotel. Nearly Bengali flavour restaurant. The staff is very cooperative. Other amenities include halal restaurant and a glitzy lobby lounge, as well as a prayer room. The hotel caters to Muslim guests only.
