They don’t care about customers all they care about is money !! It’s like a motel more than a hotel.

Reception not will trained
Room very small and no window.
Toilet also very small . And not as in booking pictures.
Breakfast not as 4 stars Hotel. Except is moving , with bad view.
I think it is 3 stars Hotel rather than 4 stars

Very friendly team, specially Mr. Abu yassin, the room is fantastic, but they've some issues in the 1st floor Wifi

I would give them even less rating if they were in another city, but since it's almost the only hotel in Rass then it's acceptable.
Make sure to check the room before you reserve it because some rooms aren't clean at all, and also don't ever leave any valuable stuff in the room (I don't say that they will take it, but they might enter your room even if DND sign is ON like what happened to me)
