Unfortunately
We entered the room after 4:15 pm, although we arrived about half an hour before the announced check-in time, which is 3:30 pm, due to a delay in cleaning the room, according to the receptionist!
The door to the ramp at the hotel gate is always closed! We couldn't pull the baby stroller or bags and had to carry it up the stairs!
Inside the room, the sleeping pillow covers had hair on them, and we called the reception twice to change it, and despite the employee's confirmation that he informed the room worker to change it, no one came to change it, and the room table was also disassembled!
No towels provided in the bathroom!

Good Hotel to stay . Very nice staff but need little more detailed cleaning especially in the bathroom. Need to prepare useful things to the guest.
