I booked these apartments through Booking.com. Upon arrival I was surprised that my room on the ground floor near the reception (room door on the reception table!) was noisy and the bed was unclean (worst room).
I requested another room and he asked me to cancel my booking and booked me through them in a room on the third floor with an increase of 50 riyals!
In summary, the property is scamming customers, and I called Booking customer service to no avail. I explained the problem and no cooperation!
The truth is that the treatment of the accommodation is bad and misleading! Also, the strictness of the Booking site in these cases is very bad!

An excellent hotel. They thank them for their efforts, and a special thanks to brother Abdullah at the reception. He does not fall short with everyone and is cooperative
I have stayed there 3 times and the prices are good and reasonable

First and last, I thank Brother Ahmed.. I congratulate you on an employee with such a cooperative spirit and morals.. The place is nice and clean, and the apartment was on the third floor overlooking the street, he explained.. And the place is close to all the events in Riyadh.. Next to the hotel is a women’s salon with a good massage service. And a grocery.. Worth the place ??

Un clean rooms and furniture, and bathrooms needs maintenance. We had the room for a month with twice a week cleaning agreement, but they never clean unless you ask them firmly! The TV is cheap it barely works, and the walls are very thin, you could hear your neighbors talking! Also, shower pressure is very low as if it is dripping! Not a good experience.
