This place was cute but the room lacked supplies. Needs new lines, towels and need to get rid of the mildew smell. I think there was 2 people working in the place. Definetly wouldn't recommend this place. Thank God we only stayed over night

Not clean at all , many things broken and not good for value .
Spend 200€ for 1 night and didnt slept because no housekeeping available to clean the room wich was supposed to be clean already..
Bathroom awful ...
If you forget the key they will not provide you one more ...
No trolley for the bell boy! the only person who helped us at least so thank you to him only because we had many luggages !

Very Bad experience. Never book this hotel. Customer service is very bad. They don't treat as a guest. Not recommend..

The worst ever services from the reception and kitchen. I’ll never comeback here again. I’m not recommended this hotel at all. There are a lot of hotels nearby it’s much better and it has same price. In addition, if you want to talk to the supervisor all the time they will tell you he is not here now. You can’t do anything to fix your issue with the workers. I rent it for two days the worst hotel experience in Jeddah.
