The rooms are neat and clean. I stayed here 20 may 2023 for one day in 2BHK apartment. It was a late night check-in. Kitchenette, toiletries everything is good. The building is a bit old but well maintained. Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was also good, thanks to the team

Friendly service at this budget hotel. I stayed here to attend LEAP 2023, and the location seemed perfect for us - 20 mins from Riyadh Front Expo centre - and it avoided a lot of the traffic that people staying in hotels in downtown had. The rooms were big - the breakfast was big and varied, sometimes a little random. Some miscommunications around paying invoice for the stay - so would recommend you pay cash or card on arrival. I would recommend the hotel.

Acceptable hotel, can be better considering the price, very big room, in fact it’s more of a hotel apartment, there was a weird smell in the room but not disturbing. The room was very cold compared to the weather outside not sure why. Food is average, but the best thing in the hotel is the staff, very friendly and helpful

3 minutes away from king fahad stadium.
