We stayed for two days (business based). Overall the staff was good, but the receptionist Mr Mohammad Ahmed gave us pathetic service, totally unprofessional and rude. We needed invoice to submit to our company, he printed the name without confirming ( which was wrong). After so much attempts of convincing him to correct the mistake, he refused. He was rather using his phone when we were talking to him. Worst experience because of him throughout the stay. Totally non cooperative, unethical and rude.
