I had to ask for 3 times to bring a towel and ash tray to my room. No water, kettle, tea, etc like normal hotels af KSA. Rooms and toilets are too old and rusty .. No phone at the room, so you can imagine to go 4 floors just to order water or anything

Very nice sweets shop with little rooms to eat onsite and drink tea/ coffee. I recommend. You can buy nice small boxes of small nuts and dates.

I do not recommend this hotel, they are not changing the bedsheet and pillow case, no towel, hygienic kit given. And the saudi receptionist was lazy.

Made advance confirmed booking, but when reached, the person at reception said he does not have room... and then he gave keys to 3 rooms to see from... the attitude of the receptionist was not good... no towels in the rooms was informed that laundry did not bring... the room was cosy and bed comfortable.... 8/10....

Very good hotel with spacious rooms and rent is also acceptable. Nice hotel with the good location from everywhere.
