Very cozy, reasonably priced with plenty of hot water.Elevator available. Nice clean king bedroom, living room, suite with kitchen and teapots. Clean and nice desk staff. Some odd drilling occurred at about midnight. They responded to our calls however and it soon stopped. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. Love this town and castles and heritage buildings and such.

Worst experience ever. Very dirty rooms and furnishings. They don't clean the rooms everyday. Very bad service!

It's clean, friendly staff. Priced okay. Good for a night or 2. But if you like comfortable, this bed is a bit hard.
