1 star because of worest restaurant in jeddah.
Poor customer service and very poor food quality.
They charge SR 129 for open buffet with only few items that quality not good.
They served me uncooked sea food and I got vomiting immediately after eating and allergic .
I informed Mr.Kazi ,restaurant staff but he is unprofessional to deal with guest .
Baldiya should ride on their restaurant and close it asap.

Stayed 3 nights, very bad service. They only cleaned my room once in 4 days. Could'nt call reception for a simple question.because no one was picking up the pone. I had no towels and no water. So overall a bad experience. My first and last time in this hotel.

doesn’t work properly: managers don’t pick up phone, don’t help you, simple problems will be solved in 3 days or never be solved. After they didn’t pick up the phone, I went downstairs, and he was sitting there said to me: don’t come here if I don’t pick up the phone…Excuse me what??? The last day of our stay, the electricity gone, wi-Fi didn’t work for whole day.

The hotel is nice with affordable prices . The staff are cheerful and happy to help .
The room needs some maintenance The kettle lid is not closing. Air conditioner fan sound is high. The temperature thermostat is not working properly.
There was a pool there it's closed long time ago.
The gym also needs maintenance for the equipment but is relevantly good compared to most hotels gyms in Jeddah.
Overall I feel comfy on my stay but the hotel needs some follow up maintenance and reopening of the pool would be great on add

Terrible experience. cold food over 19/20weekend. Dirty plates and cutlery. Serving public as if we're in a cattle market.
1 stay because I have to choose for clean lobby only.
