The hotel is nice with affordable prices . The staff are cheerful and happy to help .
The room needs some maintenance The kettle lid is not closing. Air conditioner fan sound is high. The temperature thermostat is not working properly.
There was a pool there it's closed long time ago.
The gym also needs maintenance for the equipment but is relevantly good compared to most hotels gyms in Jeddah.
Overall I feel comfy on my stay but the hotel needs some follow up maintenance and reopening of the pool would be great on add

Terrible experience. cold food over 19/20weekend. Dirty plates and cutlery. Serving public as if we're in a cattle market.
1 stay because I have to choose for clean lobby only.

It is the worst experience I've ever had, the hotel lacks the lowest cleaning standars, they haven't renovate the hotel since years, the room doors are not closing unless you push the door heavily, the baths are not clean and smelly, the food is the same everyday in the breakfast, the restaurant chef is rude. I used to come to this hotel before but unfortunately I was shocked with what I have seen.

I left my room at 8am and i pit the clean bottom on to let the staff clean it.
I returned to my room at 4pm my room still without cleaning.
I asked them to clean it since i will go out for one hour, i came back at 5pm my room still as it was. I called the reception the woman said you can put your comment at the desk!!!!
It is a shame and i will ask my company not book anymore at this hotel

Excellent hotel, grand one, expansive breakfast options, rooms are spacious enough. Staff is polite and alwaysbready for service. Best is the bed, specially engineer3d for a very sound sleep.
