I ve been living here since October of 2021,
Sales manager, Hesham is professional and stays on top of things.
The front desk team is amazing and supper helpful.
Restaurant team is great,
* breakfast is good, however the dishes are almost the same every day.
* lunch and dinner, I usually have 3-4 meals a week and love the variety they have.
* food quality is very good.
Housekeeping, everyone is nice and professional at what the do, especially Nizam and Ibrahim, both of these guys and very nice and keep my place nice and clean.

Very good accommodation. Always keep clean and very good service from the crew. Special mention to Atik and Ibrahim, which take care of the apartment I was staying in.

A very peaceful hotel with neat, clean and very comfortable rooms. Every staff member I encountered, from bell boy to receptionist to cleaning staff and even the restaurant staff were more than friendly and helpful.
I want to appreciate the receptionist Fatima, she always was very helpful starting from my check In until my check out, she did her best to make sure all my requirements are met and everything is going smooth from her side and on behalf of the total staff.
All amenities were provided by the hotel. The restaurant is also very nice, having and overview of the swimming pool. The dishes prepared were also fresh and tasty starting from breakfast till dinner

Services is good especially in cleaning the apartment twice every week. Quick response if there is a call of complaints and resolved the issue immediately. Many thanks for the staffs of housekeeping headed by Mr. ibrahim..

Really nice place. Friendly people and hygienic rooms. Front office staffs and housekeeping team team deserves a bow …especially Nizam, the gentleman who did housekeeping for my room.?
