The hotel is the best in jizan ; thanks to Mr.isam and hussein for their good PR.
The only problem is the swimming pool is dedicated only for kids.

The rooms are clean and spacious. the restaurant is very good. it's a pity that there is not a small private beach.

The location is excellent with spacious parking and outdoor environment. However the swimming pool was out of service. The ambience is below par for the price. The carpets are dated.
