The hotel is located on a main road. And there are malls and restaurants nearby. I booked the room three days before the travel, which was pricy. There are enough parking slots. The room was perfect and equipped with the usual stuff that 5-star hotels typically provide. I wouldn't say I liked the breakfast; there was very less of a variety of options. The gym is small, but it is okay. There are small meeting rooms and a business center. The staff are friendly.
I would recommend providing a mini-market. The hotel, in general, is clean, but it is concerning in some details.
As it is in Saudi Arabia, it is very safe. All room corridors are secured and limited to the hotel guests. It is friendly for special needs as well.

The location was close to city - great facility- multiple rooms for the villas and well equipped. The only downside and the reason for my 3 stars on the service that villa’s swimming pool was way deep for kids and the water was a bit cold for that warm weather in Riyadh so we didn’t really enjoy it and it was hard for the kids to be safe and without surveillance

Convenient location close to airport.
Rooms are clean and quiet.
Great service from restaurant staff with clear focus on customer satisfaction. Mr. Mutier from breakfast service staff is a great example.

I found the hotel location to be a true advantage, providing respite from traffic congestion while remaining conveniently close to the airport.
Haitham at The Bridge Coffeehouse in the lobby was exceptionally helpful, offering services with a genuine smile and maintaining high standards in guest interactions. I extend my sincere gratitude to the well-trained local staff at the front desk, who collectively contributed to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Decent hotel but pricey especially during peak season.
Clean and tidy room yet very small I would say.
Limited selection on their breakfast table
Service was OK but not something spectacular.
One good point of the hotel is it's proximity to key area such as Riyadh Front Exhibition Centre.
