Had a positive experience at this hotel due to its high level of cleanliness and helpful receptionist, Mr. Abu Fazal. The hotel's housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless and the receptionist was friendly and offered helpful suggestions for local activities. I recommend the hotel for those seeking a clean and welcoming place to stay.

From the USA to the beautiful city Abha in the south of the Kingdom of Arabia Sudia, we made a reservation in Quarts Hotel they surprised us with their hospitality , easy access, great room, clean and include all appliances for a long staying service, beauty residential family apartments, the receptionist very friendly special Mr. Abo Fadil a nice gentleman makes everything easy after our discussion to extend our stay. l recommend this hotel to all USA individuals or families .
