We enjoyed our stay. It was very good experience with Novotel team and quick service .
Only problem we faced was water drainage in bathroom which maintenance team has to really look in but house keeping staffs are great at job.

The hotel is new, only a month and 12 days left.. Not completed, only 6 ready-made floors. The price is appropriate once the two rooms are taken at 162 riyals per room. Imagine a five-star hotel service at this price. The reception guys and girls are very kind and respectful.

Hotel Environment is very clean and good, rooms are spacious and well decor. Room Accessories and toiletries are fully provided. Room service is fantastic. Breakfast is delicious and tasty.

It was a wonderful stay in the Novotel in Makkah. We enjoyed the good neighborhood and the hospitality of the honorable people of Makkah. Kholoud Mohammed Sharif, Ibrahim, Bandar and Sister Najat in the house supervision. I will not forget my greetings and gratitude to the honorable brother Ahmed Bassiouni and all the brothers and sisters were very kind and generous, a huge and luxurious hotel located in it An integrated gym and a beautiful cafe, God willing, the hotel is clean and fast service is close to the Haram, about 5 minutes by car, I highly recommend it, and God willing, we will repeat the visit soon. Thank you Novotel Zakher Makkah ?❤️
