I will give it four starts for the support I got from reception.
The location is too bad and I don't like the parking.
The check in was too bit late, however, in general the room and the services were good.
I tried once the food in the hotel which I didn't like.

We had a complimentary dinner at the hotel and the food was very good, we had mixed grill and oriental meze platter. Muhammad and his team were great service and specially treated our little girl with extra chips for her burger ;)

Very professional service and very pleasant customer care with welcoming smile, the restaurant is very clean and tasty dishes, special thanks to Abdul Aleem for his advice on what to choose with excellent attitude. I recommend this hotel for everyone seeking comfort and piece of mind.

I have stayed here for 2 nights for business trip. The location on google maps guided me to the parking directly which is you can access it without restrictions. The directions to reception wasn’t clear enough from the parking.
The check in process was smooth. I got a room in high floor which was very quite.
The room was clean but the pillow covers wasn’t good. Minor worn out was there.
The toilet wasn’t equipped with personal kits. Only there were soap, shampoo and shower gel.
No floor towel was there.
The breakfast was good with enough variety.
In general, the hotel is good for business.

I really loved the service. While we waited for our room to be available, we went to the buffet to eat for lunch. The food was delicious! After our meal, one of the waiters, Muhammad, was kind enough to give us extra dessert. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
