The reception staff of the hotel are professional and very gentle and they treated us with great respect. The room space is big and the sofa is very comfy. However, the sea view is fantastic and the car park is very practical. But the room carpet is not clean and the bedroom smells bad. The music little bit loud.

Excellent amenities, nice ambience.
Stay was good Alhumdullilah!
pros: courteous staff, lots of facilities and luxurious pools

It was a pleasure to have our Iftar meal at the Novotel hotel. The vips and the food was super amazing. The staff also were at most professional way, my wife and I were gald that we came. I would like to mention that Mr. Diaa and Mr. Ahmed were the best hosts, also Mrs. Nouf and Mrs. Shaqra were at the reception and they were friendly and welcoming. Definitely I recommend this place and I’m coming back again.

This is an excellent hotel worth every penny, comfy and spacious rooms, spa, pool, hookah, beach view, halls, basement parking and buffet services. Excellent for business trips and tourist visits. Very well maintained with cleanliness and hygiene.
